Dave Rhone
Dreams do come true…
Dave Rhone began his career as a real estate broker following his return from military service in World War II. He has spent over 50 years in land development and homebuilding in Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas.
Son, David, joined Rhone Building Corporation in 1994. A graduate of Texas Christian University, David served in the Army as a helicopter pilot. He is currently in the Army Reserve and has been deployed twice to Iraq.
Rhone Building Corporation has developed Expressway village, Trophy Park, Canyon Trails and recently, Patriot Place. They built and own the 216 unit apartment complex, North Park Village. They also own Rhone Village Shopping center at I-44 and Missile Road.
Both Dave and David have served as Presidents of the North Texas Homebuilders Association and on numerous city boards and commissions. They are active members of the Wichita Falls Community.
